Ferrum-Gamagara HV Line

Zeal Engineering Consultants (Pty) Ltd, was appointed to implement Ferrum-Gamagara 132kV Loop-in Loop-out Line on behalf of Eskom Northern Cape Operating Unit.

The scope of work comprised the following:

• Build the 0.6km Tern 132kV line from Ferrum MTS to Gamagara S/S:

• The Gamagara Munisipaliteit 132kV line will be constructed on double circuit

• String OPGW in parallel with Wolf earth wire.

• Supply and stringing of OPGW by sub-contractor (Golden Dynasty).

• Line deviation as per the revised design, stays repositioning,
