Appointed by Malnet Holdings, Zeal provided professional services for the Design of Electrical Engineering Services for the Mphephu Plaza. Our scope of work comprised bulk electrical services, external reticulation and internal electrical installations.

Nandoni Golf Estate – Mulenzhe Development Trust (Current)

This project comprises the proposed township establishment on portion 6 of the Farm Molenje 204 LT within the jurisdiction of Collins Chabane Local Municipality in the

Limpopo Province on behalf of the Mulenzhe Development Trust.

Lenasia Military Base – DPWI (Current)

The project comprised several facilities within the Lenasia Military Base Precinct which have been identified for repair and renovations purposes.

Nokaneng Fire Station – Nkangala District Municipality (Completed)

The purpose of the project was to convert the current community precinct comprising of a community hall, works shops / stalls and a taxi rank to a satellite fire station. The existing fire station is located approximately 20km away from the proposed one.
